Your 2 best bets are blogger.com and Wordpress. Go to those sites, create an account and get started blogging. It may seem difficult at first but keep coming back here for more tips. Now this is just a start to get your site going. The next step is to fill your blog with content! Talk about you, what you like to do, your family, your work, or really whatever you like.
